Corruption

Darkness started to fall over the city. The view from the Mount Washington overlook was breathtaking. Harry stopped every night before continuing into the city. Pittsburgh looked peaceful and quite from there. Looks were deceiving.

The last month two city cops have been shot to death, along with a councilman and the mayor’s chief of staff. He knew Chief Dunlap and Councilman Boyer and admired them both. Harry suspected the new mayor was behind the murders, but unless he went deep under cover Harry couldn’t prove it.

Mayor Franks was once a good politician until his greed took over. It wasn’t long before Franks was taking money for deals that turned out to be bad. His corruption took over and crime was slowly on the rise.

Votes were bought, elections fixed, and now Willie Franks was sitting in office. Harry had to come up with a plan to stops Franks without exposing himself as a vigilante. It was time to take recue the city he loved.
