“Where are we?” Jasper asked, as he opened his eyes
“Somewhere in the Milky Way,” Lars tapped the radar screen. “We’re about to land on the planet we have to explore.”
Lars wasn’t happy about searching a planet he’s never been to. He had heard bad things about the Milky Way. It was either too hot, or too cold. The last ship that came here was never heard from.
Lars landed the ship on the planet third from the sun. Any closer and he was afraid they would melt.
Jasper and Lars cautiously exited the ship. It was sunny, but cool with a slight breeze. Lars breathed in, and smelled the fresh air.
“Not what I expected,” Jasper squatted to touch the ground.
“No, me either,” Lars looked around at the scenery. “It’s pretty here.
The sky grew dark, and the wind picked up. Water dropped from the sky. Lars threw his head back and savored the wetness on his face. Jasper didn’t like it, and went inside the ship.
The next morning Lars was surprised to see a being from his home planet. Like their friend, Yob, Jasper and Lars decided to stay on this paradise in the Milky Way,
